Beautiful beach and ocean views even on cloudy, rainy and foggy days. Quick access to beach, many restaurants nearby. Stocked with plenty of books, electronics, and TV options for indoor and alternate beach activities. Tom and Melena were responsive hosts before and during our stay, and answered questions we had, and helped us to feel right at home.

This is truly a gem on the beach. So far this has been my favorite Airbnb. This place is pristine clean and very cozy. The location is awesome. Nothing is better than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of ocean waves breaking on the shore. I love being right on the beach. The bed is very comfortable. Spectacular views from the comfortable chairs on the balcony. I had a fabulous time relaxing and resting for a few days. It’s very private and quiet. The place is well equipped for a vacation. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!!!!! Book your dates now- you will not regret it! Thank you Tom and Melena for making this gem available.

We had the great pleasure of staying at Tom & Melena’s BritBox this past weekend (May 15-18, 2026). The condo is perfectly amazing and doubt could be any better. They are great hosts who went out of their way to be incredibly responsive, helpful and patient! We spent lots of time on the fantastic 4th floor balcony directly overlooking the beach in both directions. Off-season is such a wonderful time to visit the beach – quiet, beautiful walks, with the condo in a perfect location with easy access to all activities. Walking in the door the first time, we immediately felt at home. The furnishings, colors, and attention to every little detail create a beautiful AND oh so homey feeling! We’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s but this was by far the BEST EVER! Hopefully we’ll be back the same time next year!

Great hosts, great location, great condo! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Box III and would definitely book this location again in the future! Tom & Melena were friendly, responsive and on top of everything. The views are great, the beach is readily accessible and there are a number of good bars & restaurants nearby. The unit itself is well furnished and makes good use of the space, it was clean & tidy and well maintained. They even thought of so many details that may not seem like much, but made staying there even more convenient. In my experiences with Airbnb there is a difference when hosts actively try for 5 star ratings, not just profit, and Tom & Melena are definitely trying to make their guests' stay great!

I would return in a heartbeat to Tom & Melena’s condo! The view was breathtaking and our favorite part of our trip. We even got to see some dolphins! The home was squeaky clean which is always my biggest concern! They have everything you need in the kitchen and they have a fun assortment of board games for the days you want to relax and chill. The owners are super nice and responsive which is also a huge plus! We would 100% return in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Find us

Many nearby restaurants, shops and attractions are walkable from our building at 51st Street. The rest of Ocean City is accessible by car from our central midtown location. Our unit has free dedicated parking for 1 car and there is additional free street parking on 51st Street. Heading downtown as you approach the boardwalk and inlet, you will find paid municipal parking that uses the ParkMobile app for payment. The "paid parking" season runs from April 1 to October 31, and in the off-season parking is free. Another fun option for getting around is to ride the "OC Beach Bus." There are bus stops up and down Coastal Highway, and buses run continuously. Northbound and southbound buses both stop at 52nd Street, just a block north of our building. The bus costs $4 a person and your pass is good for the whole day.
