Thank you for choosing our home. Please read the house rules below carefully; they help us protect the space, follow building policy, and ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. If you cannot agree to these rules, contact us within 24 hours of booking and we will cancel your reservation at no charge. Respectful Stay — Our goal is a safe, clean, and peaceful stay for you and our neighbors. Please treat our home with care and report any accidental damage right away. — Violation of these house rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund, and/or additional charges (e.g. for bringing pets or for smoking). No Pets or ESAs — Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed under any circumstances, even if they have a certificate or a special vest. The HOA enforces this and may issue a $500 fine for violations. No Smoking — Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the balcony. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis, even with a medical card. Maximum Occupancy — Our condo is configured and stocked for up to 4 guests, including children. We define an occupant as anyone on the property between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No Events or Parties — Please do not host gatherings, events, or parties at our condo. If you plan to have a small, quiet visit, message us in advance. Minimum Age — The primary guest must be 25 years or older. You may not book our place for anyone other than yourself and your own travel companions. Photo ID — We may request a valid photo ID before check-in for verification. The ID must match the information on your reservation. No Airbnb Services or Experiences — Hosting or bringing any Airbnb Service or Experience onto the premises is not permitted without our prior written approval. Unauthorized attempts to run an Experience will result in reservation cancellation with no refund. Security and Privacy — Front door video doorbell: A Ring doorbell at the front door faces the exterior hallway and records audio and video when motion is detected. — Balcony camera: A camera mounted on the outer balcony wall faces the beach and is activated only on demand to check weather conditions so we can ask guests to close windows or doors if needed. — Privacy note: Neither camera records inside the unit. If anything here is unclear, message us and we’ll clarify. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you!

This is a real gem. Right from the start we were in contact with the host for a very carefree stay. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The residence was clean and in perfect shape. The location and view were awesome. We loved the deck chairs and sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. I would highly recommend.

Outstanding Stay — One of the Best Airbnb Experiences I’ve Ever Had I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs — more than 30 just in the past couple of months while traveling — and I can honestly say this was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. The condo was absolutely spotless when I arrived. It was truly sparkling clean and beautifully maintained, and you can tell Tom and Melena take a lot of pride in making sure their guests have an exceptional experience. Tom and Melena were also incredibly thoughtful hosts. They went above and beyond to help with anything I needed and were always responsive, kind, and accommodating. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much about making sure everything is perfect for their guests. The condo itself is beautiful and very comfortable, and the location in Ocean City is fantastic. My stay here was wonderful. The communication was extremely helpful prior to check-in to include ideas of places to visit with easy parking options, and restaurants, since I was arriving several hours before check-in. The apartment was gorgeous. The views were amazing. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony with a nice cup of coffee. I have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this one was top notch. I believe every detail was thought of to ensure you feel right at home. Directions for heating and air-conditioning, remote controls, parking instructions, etc. were all clearly provided. The beach is right outside the building and perfect for long walks. The boardwalk is close by, but this building is in a nice quiet area. I visited during the off-season, so I imagine it may have been quieter than peak-season, but this was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this apartment for your visit. Absolutely wonderful condo right in midtown. Beach front balcony with high quality balcony furniture. The entire condo was very clean and comfortable for two. Tons of extras in the unit, interesting local books, lots of games, streaming services, and more. Lots of fun decorations as well. We have been to a lot of AirBBs and this one was way above expectations.

The water views from this condo are unreal—the sunsets over the ocean were a highlight of our trip. The unit was spotless, stylish, and incredibly well-equipped. Steps from the beach. Walkable to major spots like Seacrets while still being quiet enough to actually relax. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. Great accomidations. games and books for downtime and rainy days. Check out easy and simple. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-end beachfront experience!

Our time here this January was incredibly peaceful and the place was very well appointed with everything we could need. The location on the water was perfect and the views were stunning. Ocean city is nice and quiet in the winter so the beach felt like we had it all to ourselves . We would love to come back in the future.

Many nearby restaurants, shops and attractions are walkable from our building at 51st Street. The rest of Ocean City is accessible by car from our central midtown location. Our unit has free dedicated parking for 1 car and there is additional free street parking on 51st Street. Heading downtown as you approach the boardwalk and inlet, you will find paid municipal parking that uses the ParkMobile app for payment. The "paid parking" season runs from April 1 to October 31, and in the off-season parking is free. Another fun option for getting around is to ride the "OC Beach Bus." There are bus stops up and down Coastal Highway, and buses run continuously. Northbound and southbound buses both stop at 52nd Street, just a block north of our building. The bus costs $4 a person and your pass is good for the whole day.
