Thank you for choosing our home. Please read the house rules below carefully; they help us protect the space, follow building policy, and ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. If you cannot agree to these rules, contact us within 24 hours of booking and we will cancel your reservation at no charge. Respectful Stay — Our goal is a safe, clean, and peaceful stay for you and our neighbors. Please treat our home with care and report any accidental damage right away. — Violation of these house rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund, and/or additional charges (e.g. for bringing pets or for smoking). No Pets or ESAs — Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed under any circumstances, even if they have a certificate or a special vest. The HOA enforces this and may issue a $500 fine for violations. No Smoking — Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the balcony. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis, even with a medical card. Maximum Occupancy — Our condo is configured and stocked for up to 4 guests, including children. We define an occupant as anyone on the property between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No Events or Parties — Please do not host gatherings, events, or parties at our condo. If you plan to have a small, quiet visit, message us in advance. Minimum Age — The primary guest must be 25 years or older. You may not book our place for anyone other than yourself and your own travel companions. Photo ID — We may request a valid photo ID before check-in for verification. The ID must match the information on your reservation. No Airbnb Services or Experiences — Hosting or bringing any Airbnb Service or Experience onto the premises is not permitted without our prior written approval. Unauthorized attempts to run an Experience will result in reservation cancellation with no refund. Security and Privacy — Front door video doorbell: A Ring doorbell at the front door faces the exterior hallway and records audio and video when motion is detected. — Balcony camera: A camera mounted on the outer balcony wall faces Worcester Street and is activated only on demand to check weather conditions so we can ask guests to close windows or doors if needed. — Privacy note: Neither camera records inside the unit. If anything here is unclear, message us and we’ll clarify. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you!

Tom and Melena’s place was wonderful! It was very neat and tidy, and the kids and I really enjoyed the games they had available. Very comfortable furniture as well . The hosts were very accommodating.

What an amazing location! You can't get any more "walkable" than this and it was a treat to be able to park for free and not even need our car during our stay. Thrashers is a 3 minute walk and Dumsers is right across the street. What really made it special though was the VIEWS! Being on the end unit, you have this amazing wraparound view and Tom & Melena have provided so many thoughtful touches such as binoculars so you can see the wild horses on Assateague Island across the inlet. We can't wait to come back!

House were incredibly helpful. The place was beautiful clean extremely close to the boardwalk. It felt like home. I would definitely recommend anyone who’s looking at this place to reserve and go worth every penny. I spent my girlfriend and I will definitely be coming back.

Very beautiful place! The apartment was very beautiful, everything was very clean, and the view was amazing! You have a great view of the Bay, the ocean, and the boardwalk. There’s a pool off the bay and a little fishing dock. The hosts were very nice people and gave very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. They also sent a very helpful video on how to get to the building and the room. They made sure when bad weather was coming, nothing was left on the balcony. Very caring people and very nice! I recommend this stay to anyone looking in OCMD!

My wife and I stayed here recently and loved it. Condo is a corner unit and absolutely wonderful with phenomenal views. Owners are great and very quick to respond when needed. Would highly recommend!

Many nearby restaurants, shops and attractions are walkable from our building at Worcester Street. The rest of Ocean City is accessible by car from our central midtown location. Our unit has free dedicated parking for 1 car and there is additional paid street parking on Worcester Street. The paid municipal inlet parking lot is also across the street. All paid parking in Ocean City utilizes the ParkMobile app for payment. The "paid parking" season runs from April 1 to October 31, and in the off-season parking is free. Another fun option for getting around is to ride the "OC Beach Bus." There are bus stops up and down Coastal Highway, and buses run continuously. We are at the southernmost point of the city, so all buses depart northbound from the Transit Center on South Division Street (2 blocks from our building). The bus costs $4 a person and your pass is good for the whole day.
