Please treat our home with care and report any accidental damage right away. ★ Violation of these house rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund, and/or additional charges (e.g. for bringing pets or for smoking). 👥 OCCUPANCY & GUESTS ★ Maximum 4 guests, including children. We define an occupant as anyone on the property between 11 pm and 7 am. ★ The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the duration of the stay. If you plan to have a small, quiet visit from non-overnight guests, message us in advance. 🛎️ AIRBNB "SERVICES & EXPERIENCES" ★ Hosting or bringing any Airbnb Service or Experience onto the premises is not permitted without our prior written approval. Unauthorized attempts will result in reservation cancellation with no refund. 📹 SECURITY & PRIVACY ★ A Ring video doorbell at the front door faces the exterior hallway and records audio and video when motion is detected. There are no cameras or microphones anywhere inside the home. ★ A camera mounted on the outer balcony wall faces Worcester Street and is activated only on demand to check weather conditions so we can ask guests to close windows or doors if needed. 🛏️ LINENS, TOWELS, & HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES ★ Bed linens and bath towels are included — bring your own beach and pool towels. ★ We also provide paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. Tom’s place was wonderful. It was a super charming Airbnb with great views. There were a lot of little fun extra touches. We enjoyed playing some of the board games and even using the binoculars to take those ocean views. The space was very clean and calming and all you could ask for.

We had such an amazing stay here over Mother’s Day weekend! The location was perfect, we loved being able to walk everywhere. The views from the balcony were beautiful, and the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, and we truly appreciated all of the thoughtful amenities and accommodations Tom and Mel provided from the Nintendo gaming system that my husband and 3-year-old played every night, to the laundry detergent and dishwasher pods already available for use. I also appreciated Tom’s communication leading up to our stay, especially the YouTube video showing check-in process. Honestly, I loved everything about our stay. It was absolutely perfect, and I can’t wait to return next year. Hoping to make this a new Mother’s Day tradition!

This was my mom and I third annual trip together down at the beach. We really enjoyed this place and the location! once we got there I parked and didn’t drive until we left. Everything was very walkable. The bed was extremely comfortable, giving you extra comfort with the ceiling fan and TV with everything you can possibly watch! I felt right at home and even took a nap one of the days. We also enjoyed cooking dinner. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, including oil and seasonings . and just as advertised the views are absolutely amazing. I truly enjoyed sitting on the couch while watching TV and could look out the window and see people on the Ferris wheel and then look at the other window and see the ocean and bay ! we even seen the horses over at assateague and the binoculars that you provided allowed us to see them perfectly .I would love to come stay at their place again!

What a wonderful place to stay! My mom and I visited over Easter for a few days and completely fell in love with Tom and Melena’s home. It was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the boardwalk, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The views of both the bay and the ocean were absolutely beautiful. We would love to come back again someday! Tom and Melena were fantastic hosts with excellent communication, making both check-in and check-out smooth and stress free.

Look no further! An absolutely lovely condo! The condo owners are friendly, communicated very well, and their condo is simply beautiful and very well maintained. From the pretty shades of blue on the walls, cute decore, to soft bed linens and plush bath towels, you are made to feel right at home. A great view from the balcony to gaze at the water or listen to seagulls! Comfortable beds, sofa and spacious bedroom, dining area, living room, and bathrooms! The unit is spotless! The little touches by the condo owner shine……a welcome book, binoculars, books, and games! They have earned their Superhost title for sure. We have found our Happy Place, enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again.

Many nearby restaurants, shops and attractions are walkable from our building at Worcester Street. The rest of Ocean City is accessible by car from our central midtown location. Our unit has free dedicated parking for 1 car and there is additional paid street parking on Worcester Street. The paid municipal inlet parking lot is also across the street. All paid parking in Ocean City utilizes the ParkMobile app for payment. The "paid parking" season runs from April 1 to October 31, and in the off-season parking is free. Another fun option for getting around is to ride the "OC Beach Bus." There are bus stops up and down Coastal Highway, and buses run continuously. We are at the southernmost point of the city, so all buses depart northbound from the Transit Center on South Division Street (2 blocks from our building). The bus costs $4 a person and your pass is good for the whole day.
