If you cannot agree to these rules, contact us within 24 hours of booking and we will cancel your reservation at no charge. 🤝 RESPECTFUL STAY ★ Our goal is a safe, clean, and peaceful stay for you and our neighbors. Please treat our home with care and report any accidental damage right away. ★ Violation of these house rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund, and/or additional charges (e.g. for bringing pets or for smoking). 👥 OCCUPANCY & GUESTS ★ Maximum 4 guests, including children. We define an occupant as anyone on the property between 11 pm and 7 am. ★ The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the duration of the stay. If you plan to have a small, quiet visit from non-overnight guests, message us in advance. 🛎️ AIRBNB "SERVICES & EXPERIENCES" ★ Hosting or bringing any Airbnb Service or Experience onto the premises is not permitted without our prior written approval. Unauthorized attempts will result in reservation cancellation with no refund. 📹 SECURITY & PRIVACY ★ A Ring video doorbell at the front door faces the exterior hallway and records audio and video when motion is detected. There are no cameras or microphones anywhere inside the home. ★ A camera mounted on the outer balcony wall faces the beach and is activated only on demand to check weather conditions so we can ask guests to close windows or doors if needed. 🛏️ LINENS, TOWELS, & HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES ★ Bed linens and bath towels are included — bring your own beach and pool towels. ★ We also provide paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. We had the most incredible stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just a short walk to the most gorgeous beach. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunset from the patio. Our host was so welcoming and provided everything we needed. Tom and Melana's place was extremely well equipped, had everything you would need, spotless and had a wonderful ocean view. The walk to the beach was easy and so close to the condo unit. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

It was a really nice place. Everything was very clean and well decorated . Everything looked brand new. It had a huge TV. They let us know that the cleaning staff would be in late so we could check out later. It had a lovely view of the beach and ocean from the terrace .

The perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. The view was unbeatable—we even saw a few dolphins right from the porch! The hosts have truly thought of and added every detail to make the place magical. We hope to stay here again should we be find ourselves in OCMD!

It’s easy to concern yourself while trying to book a place to stay for vacation on whether or not you’re booking the ideal/ perfect place. Please do not concern yourself with such stress when booking with Tom & Melena at the beach box. My girlfriend and I entered the airbnb, and in our first 10 minutes of our stay, we knew this place was just right for us. An extremely comfortable living space that makes you feel right at home, while only being a few steps away from the beach. A true Utopia! Tom & Melena are also incredibly responsive and helpful with anything you may have questions or concerns about. I promise you will not regret booking with them and staying here!

We had an amazing time staying at the Beach Box. Tom and Melena were great hosts, they were flexible with check in and out times. The home was spotless and nicely decorated and was well stocked with whatever you might need. There were amazing views and many restaurants were within walking distance. We especially loved Bayside Skillet for breakfast each morning. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!

Tom and Melena are wonderful hosts. The condo was comfortable and well-appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very relaxing. Excellent location. The sunrises are beautiful. We will stay again.

Find us

Many nearby restaurants, shops and attractions are walkable from our building at 70th Street. The rest of Ocean City is accessible by car from our midtown location. Our unit has free dedicated parking for 1 car, and there are additional spots available on a "first come, first served" basis. Heading downtown as you approach the boardwalk and inlet, you will find paid municipal parking that uses the ParkMobile app for payment. The "paid parking" season runs from April 1 to October 31, and in the off-season parking is free. Another fun option for getting around is to ride the "OC Beach Bus." There are bus stops up and down Coastal Highway, and buses run continuously. Northbound buses stop at 71st Street and southbound buses stop at 69th Street (just a block north and south of our building, respectively). The bus costs $4 a person and your pass is good for the whole day.
