If you cannot agree to these rules, contact us within 24 hours of booking and we will cancel your reservation at no charge. Respectful Stay — Our goal is a safe, clean, and peaceful stay for you and our neighbors. Please treat our home with care and report any accidental damage right away. — Violation of these house rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund, and/or additional charges (e.g. for bringing pets or for smoking). No Pets or ESAs — Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed under any circumstances, even if they have a certificate or a special vest. The HOA enforces this and may issue a $500 fine for violations. No Smoking — Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the balcony. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis, even with a medical card. Maximum Occupancy — Our condo is configured and stocked for up to 4 guests, including children. We define an occupant as anyone on the property between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No Events or Parties — Please do not host gatherings, events, or parties at our condo. If you plan to have a small, quiet visit, message us in advance. Minimum Age — The primary guest must be 25 years or older. You may not book our place for anyone other than yourself and your own travel companions. Photo ID — We may request a valid photo ID before check-in for verification. The ID must match the information on your reservation. No Airbnb Services or Experiences — Hosting or bringing any Airbnb Service or Experience onto the premises is not permitted without our prior written approval. Unauthorized attempts to run an Experience will result in reservation cancellation with no refund. Security and Privacy — Front door video doorbell: A Ring doorbell at the front door faces the exterior hallway and records audio and video when motion is detected. — Balcony camera: A camera mounted on the outer balcony wall faces the beach and is activated only on demand to check weather conditions so we can ask guests to close windows or doors if needed. — Privacy note: Neither camera records inside the unit. If anything here is unclear, message us and we’ll clarify. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you!

Cute little condo, with gorgeous views. The balcony was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and breakfast. Very relaxing. Just what we needed for our little getaway. Hosts were very communicative. Loved their restuarant suggestions. Barrios is an absolute must if we're ever in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay. Even though our trip was during "off season", there were still plenty of dining and shopping options available. Tom and Melena's "Beach Box" was clean, cozy and worked out beautifully for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the guest who slept on the sofa bed said she slept very comfortably. This home was everything we needed for a delightful stay!

My wife and I planned a last minute get away to OC MD for our anniversary. This place was perfect. Every morning we watched the sun rise over the Atlantic before walking to breakfast. There are many restaurants within walking distance. There is plenty to do locally and the area is easy to navigate. The board walk is just a short drive south, but far enough to avoid the noise and congestion of the party scene. After an active day at the board walk it was refreshing to return to a peaceful patio with the beautiful sound of a calm ocean and a nice glass of wine to end the day before falling asleep in a nice, clean, comfortable bed. And if you get the chance, I would recommend visiting Berlin. Just a 15-20 drive west, Berlin is a quaint little town full of shops, eateries, museums, and plenty to explore.

This was a special stay for my husband and I. 1. It was our first time staying at an Airbnb. 2. It was for our 10 year wedding anniversary. 3. It was our first time in Ocean City, MD. Tom was proactively responsive with the whole process, ensuring we had what we needed. Upon arriving inside, I immediately noticed the nice coffee bar, with a Keurig, mugs, and K-cups. They have a "Welcome" packet (which Tom actually sent to us via email prior to our arrival), brochures for local stores, menus for restaurants, etc., and a sweet little "Guest Book" to sign/and it fill out. The living room was so comfy and adorably decorated. Beautiful kitchen! They really made such a great use of a small space. It didn't even feel "small." The 1.5 baths was a plus, with the powder room being right within the perfectly sized bedroom. I loved the cute pineapple, led night light on the night stand. The ocean view was amazing! It was peaceful and close to everything. Such a great experience. We'll be back!

Many nearby restaurants, shops and attractions are walkable from our building at 70th Street. The rest of Ocean City is accessible by car from our midtown location. Our unit has free dedicated parking for 1 car, and there are additional spots available on a "first come, first served" basis. Heading downtown as you approach the boardwalk and inlet, you will find paid municipal parking that uses the ParkMobile app for payment. The "paid parking" season runs from April 1 to October 31, and in the off-season parking is free. Another fun option for getting around is to ride the "OC Beach Bus." There are bus stops up and down Coastal Highway, and buses run continuously. Northbound buses stop at 71st Street and southbound buses stop at 69th Street (just a block north and south of our building, respectively). The bus costs $4 a person and your pass is good for the whole day.
