NOTE: The elevator requires a key, which is inside our unit on the 2nd floor. Stairs are required for initial check-in. Thank you for choosing our home. Please read the house rules below carefully; they help us protect the space, follow building policy, and ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. If you cannot agree to these rules, contact us within 24 hours of booking and we will cancel your reservation at no charge. Respectful Stay — Our goal is a safe, clean, and peaceful stay for you and our neighbors. Please treat our home with care and report any accidental damage right away. — Violation of these house rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund, and/or additional charges (e.g. for bringing pets or for smoking). No Pets or ESAs — Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed under any circumstances, even if they have a certificate or a special vest. The HOA enforces this and may issue a $500 fine for violations. No Smoking — Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the balcony. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis, even with a medical card. Maximum Occupancy — Our condo is configured and stocked for up to 4 guests, including children. We define an occupant as anyone on the property between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No Events or Parties — Please do not host gatherings, events, or parties at our condo. If you plan to have a small, quiet visit, message us in advance. Minimum Age — The primary guest must be 25 years or older. You may not book our place for anyone other than yourself and your own travel companions. Photo ID — We may request a valid photo ID before check-in for verification. The ID must match the information on your reservation. No Airbnb Services or Experiences — Hosting or bringing any Airbnb Service or Experience onto the premises is not permitted without our prior written approval. Unauthorized attempts to run an Experience will result in reservation cancellation with no refund. Security and Privacy — Front door video doorbell: A Ring doorbell at the front door faces the exterior hallway and records audio and video when motion is detected. — Balcony camera: A camera mounted on the outer balcony wall faces the beach and is activated only on demand to check weather conditions so we can ask guests to close windows or doors if needed. — Privacy note: Neither camera records inside the unit. If anything here is unclear, message us and we’ll clarify. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you!

I had an amazing stay being able to hear and see the ocean so easily from Tom and Melena's place which is as lovely as the pictures show. And the hosts are so kind and easy to talk to as well. I'll def return.

This Airbnb exceeded expectations, I know we went on the off season but we fully enjoyed the visit. Everything about this Airbnb is well thought out, beautiful interior decorations, Private beach that is right there, quiet building, walkable distance from great restaurants, and CLEAN. I would absolutely stay here again.

This little space away from home was absolutely amazing. It was clean, cute decorations, cozy, and had plenty to do within the condo as well. There were games to entertain on the chilly nights. It was local to many restaurants. The place is right on the beach, so it was a quick walk down to enjoy the sunrise or take an evening stroll. It was perfect and I would 100% stay there again.

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb after decades of Marriott stays and I have to say it was a great experience! The place was very comfortable and we felt at home right from the beginning. Coming from California where you used to go to ocean views, but there was fantastic.!

What a cozy place for a getaway. Sometimes all you need is a one bedroom place to stay. Everything was clean. They are thoughtful in everything at the condo. A beautiful view is hard to beat, also. Tom and Melinda are very personal to interact with, even though we never spoke directly. I would definitely stay here again.

Many nearby restaurants, shops and attractions are walkable from our building at 70th Street. The rest of Ocean City is accessible by car from our midtown location. Our unit has free dedicated parking for 1 car, and there are additional spots available on a "first come, first served" basis. Heading downtown as you approach the boardwalk and inlet, you will find paid municipal parking that uses the ParkMobile app for payment. The "paid parking" season runs from April 1 to October 31, and in the off-season parking is free. Another fun option for getting around is to ride the "OC Beach Bus." There are bus stops up and down Coastal Highway, and buses run continuously. Northbound buses stop at 71st Street and southbound buses stop at 69th Street (just a block north and south of our building, respectively). The bus costs $4 a person and your pass is good for the whole day.
