You may not book our place for anyone other than yourself and your own travel companions. Photo ID — We may request a valid photo ID before check-in for verification. The ID must match the information on your reservation. No Airbnb Services or Experiences — Hosting or bringing any Airbnb Service or Experience onto the premises is not permitted without our prior written approval. Unauthorized attempts to run an Experience will result in reservation cancellation with no refund. Security and Privacy — Front door video doorbell: A Ring doorbell at the front door faces the exterior hallway and records audio and video when motion is detected. — Balcony camera: A camera mounted on the outer balcony wall faces the beach and is activated only on demand to check weather conditions so we can ask guests to close windows or doors if needed. — Privacy note: Neither camera records inside the unit. I believe every detail was thought of to ensure you feel right at home. Directions for heating and air-conditioning, remote controls, parking instructions, etc. were all clearly provided. The beach is right outside the building and perfect for long walks. The boardwalk is close by, but this building is in a nice quiet area.
